Privacy Policy

PingyuanStudio (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a studio tool for curating artwork and generating product mockups, albums, and exhibition images with AI. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Information we collect

• Email address.Used solely to send you a one-time sign-in link (“magic link”) and to identify your account. We do not use it for marketing.
• Artwork you upload. The images you add are processed to extract a preview and are transmitted to our AI generation backend to create the mockups, albums, and exhibitions you request. They are stored against your account so your library persists.
• Membership & usage.Your membership tier and the number of AI images you have generated, so we can apply your plan’s quota. Payment instruments are handled entirely by Apple (in-app purchase) or our payment processor on the web; we never see or store card numbers.
• Children’s portfolio content (optional).If you use the “孩子作品集 (children’s portfolio)” feature, you may add a child’s name and their artwork. The App is intended for adult account holders; you provide this information about your own children, and we process it only to render that portfolio for you. We never use it for advertising or tracking.

AI-generated content disclosure

Images created by the App are produced by a trained AI model. In line with the EU AI Act (Article 50) and California SB 942, every AI-generated image we produce is marked: it carries a visible “AI Generated” label and machine-readable provenance metadata (an IPTC DigitalSourceType of trainedAlgorithmicMedia and a C2PA-style provenance manifest) identifying it as algorithmically generated. These marks are preserved in images you download or share.

How we use your information

To authenticate you, to generate and store the images you request, to apply your membership quota, and to keep your library and portfolios in sync across your devices. We process data only to provide these features — there is no profiling, ad targeting, or cross-site tracking.

Where your data is stored

• Your sign-in session is kept in the device Keychain, never in unprotected storage.
• Your portfolio can mirror to your own private iCloud (CloudKit) database, which only you can access.
• Account data and uploaded images are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1, KV, and Workers AI), which also performs the image generation. No image data is sent to any advertising network.

Third parties

We rely on Apple (sign-in routing and in-app purchases) and Cloudflare (hosting and AI generation). The App bundles no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your data with data brokers.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below; we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Your choices

You can stop uploading artwork at any time, remove items from your library, and request account deletion. The App does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
