Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of PingyuanStudio (“the App”, “we”, “us”), a studio tool for curating artwork and generating product mockups, albums, and exhibition images with AI. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Apple Standard EULA also applies

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license is additionally governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA conflict as to your use of the App obtained from the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA governs.

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock higher usage tiers:

Plus 会员 (Plus). Monthly auto-renewable subscription. Unlimited auto-layout, free editing, cloud sync, and a monthly AI-image allowance.
Max 会员 (Max). Monthly auto-renewable subscription. All Plus benefits plus the highest-tier AI image generation and full AI feature access.

The subscription title, exact price, and duration are shown on the membership screen inside the App and at the moment of purchase; prices are set in App Store Connect and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Each subscription automatically renews for the same period (monthly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.

Managing and canceling.You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not refunded on cancellation. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under its media services terms, not by us.

AI-generated content

Images created by the App are produced by a trained AI model and are marked as AI-generated (a visible label plus machine-readable provenance metadata), in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50) and California SB 942. You are responsible for how you use the images you generate and must not use the App to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others.

Your content and account

You retain ownership of the artwork you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process, store, and render that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, and no use that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
